This policy explains what information Deshe Beats ("we", "us") collects when you browse the site, buy beats, download free beats, or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Orders. Your email address, the beats and license types you bought, the amount paid, and a record of your payment and downloads.
• Free downloads. The email address or Instagram handle you give us to unlock a free beat.
• Contact requests. Your artist name, email address, project type, and the message you send through the contact form.
• Usage and technical data. Pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics. Our servers also briefly record your IP address to block abuse and automated attacks.

We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

• To process your payment and deliver your files.
• To email you your download links, and to send fresh links if you ask for them.
• To reply to your messages and project requests.
• To keep records for accounting, tax, and dispute handling.
• To understand how the site is used and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We use these service providers to run the store, and they process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy).
• Resend — sending order and download emails.
• Cloudflare — hosting, file storage, and order records.
• Google — Analytics (site usage) and Fonts (the typefaces on this site).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud.

Cookies and local storage

Your shopping bag is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device so it's still there if you leave and come back. Google Analytics may set cookies to measure site usage. You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the store will still work, but your bag won't be remembered.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to let you re-download your purchases and to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. Contact messages and free-download emails are kept for as long as they're useful to run the business, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We may need to keep certain order records where the law requires it.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
